AllocateAndGetIfTableFromStack (IPHLPAPI.@)

Get table of local interfaces. Like GetIfTable, but allocate the returned table from heap.

`table`	[Out]	pointer into which the `MIB_IFTABLE` is allocated and returned.
`sort`	[In]	whether to `sort` the `table`.
`heap`	[In]	`heap` from which the `table` is allocated.
`flags`	[In]	`flags` to HeapAlloc.

ERROR_INVALID_PARAMETER if ppIfTable is NULL, whatever GetIfTable returns otherwise.

Not declared in a Wine header. The function is either undocumented, or missing from Wine.
