I have found those in the latest Windows 10 Insider SDK 20206 build aka. 20H2. Also the docx provided by Steve Lhomme has this in the copyright notice: "Information and views expressed in this document, including URL and other Internet Web site references, may change without notice. You bear the risk of using it." But the DXVA_ModeAV1_VLD GUIDs are present in 20H1 WinSDK which may be added safely.
