Create an absolute path from a relative path.

`absPath`	[Out]	Destination for absolute path.
`relPath`	[In]	Relative path to convert to absolute.
`size`	[In]	Length of `absPath` in characters.

Success: If absPath is NULL, returns an allocated string containing the path. Otherwise populates absPath with the path and returns it.

Failure: NULL. errno indicates the error.
