lpStrRet [Out] STRRET to convert.
pidl [In] ITEMIDLIST for lpStrRet->uType = STRRET_OFFSET.
pBstrOut [Out] Destination for converted BSTR.

RETURNS

Success: S_OK. pBstrOut contains the new string.

Failure: E_FAIL, if any parameters are invalid.
