Find a block of set bits in a bitmap, and clear them if found.

PARAMS

lpBits [In] Bitmap pointer.
ulCount [In] Number of consecutive set bits to find.
ulHint [In] Suggested starting position for set bits.

RETURNS

The bit at which the match was found, or -1 if no match was found.
