Get a list of network interface adapters.

PARAMS

pIfTable [Out] buffer for interface adapters.
dwOutBufLen [Out] if buffer is too small, returns required size.

RETURNS

Success: NO_ERROR

Failure: error code from Winerror.h.

MSDN states this should return non-loopback interfaces only.
